The earlier you go the shorter the wait. It is worth the extra money to get the fast pass.
Just grab the VIP. You skip the line and get to go through twice with lots of other bonuses. VIP is the best kept secret.
Go early and its pretty quick. Waits can be as long as 4 hours when they get busy.
Dang went on Thursday was in and out really short waits
I am not sure about Friday, I went on Saturday and I took us close to 3 hours.

Go early. If you expect to be there later, I would recommend a fast pass.
We went last Saturday night, however we purchased the fast pass & tickets online before arriving, and entered about 15 mins later. Wasn't bad at all! Highly recommend spending the extra money for the fast pass and purchasing your tickets online to save time.
We went around 10 and didn't have to wait at all.
We got there at 7 it was midnight by the time we made it in
Get there before 7 and should get in quickly. =<30 min. Later it could be up to 2 hours.
