I have attempted to contact this business for the last 5 days via email and phone in regards to a registration cancellation and refund for a 9-week class that starts in 3 weeks. My attempts have been ignored thus far. They offer very limited options to get in contact since they do not have a physical office location. My only correspondence was an automated email with receipt after I registered online. Extremely worrisome and unprofessional. Update: This review prompted a refund. Only got a confirmation email, of course, and absolutely no correspondence/feedback. Response to owner: Regardless of your refund policy, you are not entitled to keep lesson fees, especially when services were not rendered and a withdrawal request was done weeks before the start of class. Plastering this all over your website doesn't change that fact. Anyway, it seems that you didn’t fully read my review from 09/2021 where I was most concerned about the LACK OF COMMUNICATION and are just responding to my 05/2022 update. I did email, as previously stated. I also tried the chat and it is useless as it only sends an email! There is no live person on the other end. You acknowledge you received my email but fail to mention why you never replied or returned my call. I suspect it is because you believed you were in the right with that questionable refund policy of yours. Furthermore, you actually confirmed my main complaint of “no correspondence/feedback” by disclosing that I was notified of a refund by a confirmation email from your registration program. Is it that unreasonable to expect to be treated like a person instead of just an online transaction?

The Back To School Camp was great and exactly what we needed to prepare for tryouts. The coaches helped my daughter feel more confident in the tryout process. I would highly recommend the back to school programs.

Awsome experience with this club! They provide a welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are knowlegeable and professional. Their clinics are well run with a lot of enthusiasm and support.
