I came in last week to browse and was assisted by Lauren from the Tom Ford counter. She was kind, helpful, and down to earth. I had gone to a couple different counters and couldn't even get acknowledged. I approached a different associate in fragrance asking for assistance (didn't catch her name but let's say tall and heavy with black eyeliner).. she'd dismissed my presence and question, and went back to looking at her phone. On my way out I thanked Ms. Lauren for being so pleasant and helpful. This store needs more associates like her...

The staff can be hit or miss at times, but they're usually very friendly and helpful. The product selection has improved significantly recently and, while it's never super cheap, I can usually find something I want at every price point. It's a refreshing contrast from other department stores like Macy's or Dillard's that's just a mishmash of empty, disordered shelves and tacky merchandise designed for God knows who.

My fiancé had a pickup order from this location. We ended up having some extra time and wanted to browse around and just pickup our order inside as we have done at other Neiman Marcus location. It was unclear where to go, and difficult to find an associate to help us with our pickup. Finally after about 45 minutes of browsing with no assistance, we were able to get the attention of an employee working in the mens fragrance section. We asked where we could pickup an online order and he proceeded to walk us over to a small sign with a phone number to call for curbside pickup. This seemed odd, considering we were already in the store. My fiancé and I then went back out to our car and drove to the pickup spot and called the number. After calling 5 times with it just going to voicemail, someone finally picked up the phone. Overall just not an enjoyable experience at this Neiman Marcus.

This experience may be partly due to the decline of The Shops at Willow Bend (aka the mall is near death with more closed shops than open ones) but Neiman's had kind of that same vibe. Very few staff and very low stock. Racks moved around to disguise the fact that there were a lot of racks missing. Low stock. Many of the shelves in the shoe dept were empty and the spaces between the shoes in stock were wide .... Borderline ghost town feel ... like they were very near shutting down. The wrong groove for shopping.
