I'm planning to stay at a "primative tent site," is there a fire pit/ring for the site and, if so, do you need to bring your own wood?

Will you call them to ask then post so we'll all know? They are very friendly and helpful but do have specific rules guidelines.

Dont know if fires are allowed right now, I know Murrel Park across the cove, has burn ban in effect

We did notice rings there at cabins...wish I was 100 percent sure for tent sites....sorry...also they had a nice guy that was park host who brought us some wood when we got there ...I'm sure they have it there to use in some fashion ...be it loose limbs or buy it at office...I know not a complete answer you are looking for but maybe will help some...
