If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company deliver is the worst ever. They don’t give you 30min notice like the website say. Dispatch is not helpful and not customer friendly. The deliver time frame was from 10-2 and as transparent as I was to get there by the time I did. I talked to them to let them know I needed the keys to the apartment and they took off. I really don’t even want me couch.

I love the customer service with the wayfair team! I talked to Camille, who was such a sweetheart, and Mark and Gilbert were my deliverers. They were very polite and courteous! My whole living room is almost all wayfair items, and I couldn’t be more pleased with everyone and everything. Thank you wayfair :)

No, we do not have a showroom. Everything has to be purchased online. As of right now, Wayfair is an E-commerce style store.
Yes. Drop yard is 24/7 at Wayfair.
No, you must contact customer support and schedule a return pick up. This location is just a distribution warehouse. If you are purely returning the item they will just pick it up, if you are replacing with the same item they will pick up and drop off at the same time. Former employee at WayFair, returns department.
Wayfair is not open to the public, it is just a distribution warehouse.
