My wife and I have been at twin coves several times. Not sure that there is a limit, but you can not live there. Very nice park. New concrete drives and pads. New cabins that you can rent. RV sites have water, electric and sewer. They only have 17 RV sites. They discount good Sam's members.
I'm not sure about the length of stay but yes there is water electricity and dump stations for RVs. They also have very nice cabins for a $.
Army Corps camps are usually 14 days at a time. Campsites very I believe they include electricity there
2 weeks at a time from what I understand.
