Great little park. Everything is nice including the staff. No showers that we seen but not a big deal. Spots are big and concrete. We did move to a smaller spot while there (21). Fit our 40ft no problem however getting out was a chore. Had to back out. Just a heads up to large campers. Nice lake for fishing, water recreation rentals, camp store, playground and good rates. We would definitely return.

Very nice staff. My husband and I stayed at one of the primitive campsites, not too far away from the office, parking lot, or bathroom. I really liked that I could enter through the gate after hours with a code so I could hang out with my friends after they got off work and be able to return with my car to the campground. Campsite was clean. HUGE park, wish we had more time to explore it. Definitely coming back when we are in Texas again!

Beautiful hometown pride in this park! I love that we have such a fabulous resource here. Primitive camping is secluded with great trails attached, lake is perfectly picturesque. They have cabins, kayaks and so much more! The only reason the 4 stars: their bathrooms….they need a complete renovation. 10/22: Updated to 5 stars as they have renovated the bathrooms ❤️❤️Another successful camp at a fabulous spot!

If you get an RV spot, do you still meed to pay a daily fee on top of the cost for the RV spot? I've seen some parks do this, so just wanted to be sure.

My wife and I have been at twin coves several times. Not sure that there is a limit, but you can not live there. Very nice park. New concrete drives and pads. New cabins that you can rent. RV sites have water, electric and sewer. They only have 17 RV sites. They discount good Sam's members.
