Probably not, considering how physical media has been slowly getting phased out. Purchasing newer devices will allow for additional streaming options, wider range of connectivity, and supports higher audio quality.
Best Buy does not deal with repairing CD players, radios, audio receivers, or mp3 players. You'd be better off buying a new one and recycling the old one. Lucky for you, best buy DOES offer recycling.
