The high cost of gas and the inability to accurately have inventory numbers, or the ability to call and get inventory on a product; my family will now exclusively shop at Amazon for electronics

It was alright. What I wanted was the same exact price on Amazon (and not in stock). The sales person actually did know his stuff about computers and was able to hold a conversation. That was nice.
