10 years still no child support payments. They don't do anything to enforce it especially if you are not living off the state.

They do NOTHING to help. Open case x17 years and my sons father has OVER 109k in arrears. They have collected a total of 15 (partial) payments over this duration of time. YET, they have not facilitated in revoking a license, issuing a warrant, or seizing any taxes. They have asked me to locate the father FIVE TIMES because they cant seem to, and ONLY communicate with me for this reason. They are incapable of providing any type of genuine assistance and have no urgency to fight for the children or what they deserve in life! Don’t waste your time or your energy, move to an alt state for 6 months and open a new claim. Alternate states actually enforce child support laws - these chumps enable bad parents to continue to do bad things and will ensure your children go without. They’re Pathetic.

This is the worst customer service ever!!! Karen was not very helpful this morning seems like she’s not happy with her job! She can’t even suggest what’s the best thing to do and never listens to the customer. She just transferred me to the same number I dialed. “Why not quit if you can’t do ur job well or if you hate ur job talking to parents that needed assistance!” The company or agency should hire better worker and fire who don’t do their job well! Parents are struggling and u make it worst!!! That’s why you have low ratings!👎👎👎

Case workers never return phone calls… my child lived in AZ for a few years while his mothers husband was stationed there (Army). Colorado apparently asked AZ to enforce the case since that’s where they were residing. The communication between the states in non existent and I have “outstanding” arrears on my credit report with AZ. I’ve tried to communicate and resolve with both states for years and nothing. The system is flawed and broken in many ways.

Everyone there is Completely Incompetent.
Either follow up via email or make an appointment with your tech. Most concerns can be resolved by communicating with the office in person
This is your case; parents should contact the css office whenever there is a change like emancipation.. don't rely on the other party to follow up with css
It has, to the Citizens Service Center on Garden of the Gods
For me i just had to make payments for 3 months then i was able to get a new license.
you may go to the state website and click application.. and designate which county you reside ..or you can contact directly to local county DHS/DSS office .. and request for an application. Emotional support, see EAP or county/ community health services. Hope this helps..you can do this
I cannot give you an accurate answer, the system has been impossible for me to access for several days, im attempting autopay if i get an answer tomorrow i will post it
Is the parent planning to come back and yes...you would still have to pay...or take it to court
If you have a computer or decent phone you should be able to simply just look the phone number up on google Example "Colorado Springs child support enforcement"
You can contact the office, by pressing 0 2x, but it's best to go into the office located on Garden of the Gods
Yes they do. I know cuz its happening to me
I cannot give you an answer but the people there will help you find one. They do their best considering the stresses they have to deal with day in and day out. Their mission is to help the children first and foremost, i cant speak to their formulas ect. But if you can give them a chance to try to help. They listened to me and did what they could. Good luck.
It's not free.
It can take a week for the child support office to receive it if sent by mail and it gets posted 2 business days after recieving cleared payment. You may need to go to the child support office and request a paper to just give the DMV in person that you have paid it.
If you take the payments in to their office, ask for a receipt
If you owe child support the only way to go about it is to make it current otherwise I would contact the courts in your state and they can further address where you need to go or what you need to do in order to get your license
