They don’t return phone calls I’ve called and left messages three times this week cause I had a meeting time and needed it changed no one called me back all week. Someone was supposed to get in contact with me about a temporary job. It has been two weeks, and I have heard from no one. I was also supposed to get a follow up call from one of the other support programs they work with and no one contacted me. Do these people actually process their paperwork? Do they actually do their job and take care of peoples cases? Because the front desk people don’t do their job in checking messages and doing callbacks… And case managers don’t follow up with their people with no-shows. How are we supposed to get hold of case managers if none of your information is posted online and your receptionist don’t answer the phone or return phone calls?… Not impressed at all!!

Super sweet people and the ladies at the front desk are absolute dolls!!! They help you get on your feet and have no problem telling you what is what!

I didn't sign up for this nor was I referred. This is some creepy stuff and the fact they do not try to contact you before sending you stuff in the mail is even more sketchy.
