I called at 6:45 to see if i could get an appointment for the same evening. I was told there were no hair dressers. I said Google showed them open until 9:00PM and was told they are open until 9 for appointments. Recommended updating their hours if they are not able to accommodate haircuts until 9:00 pm and was told they are open until 9:00 for appointments. Then being on a cell phone lost signal and was called back from the same employee who stated "We will never offer you a haircut since you are so rude". I tried calling back but their phone just goes to voicemail. Due to how i was treated by the person answering the phone i would not recommend this place. I could not tell if they actually offer haircuts until 9:00 pm or are just open to book appointments and the person answering the pone was not helpful. In response to your reply: I did not get upset and simply asked if you were only open until 9:00 for making appointments and not offering haircuts until then (based on your comment to me) to change your hours on google. Being a hair salon if you do not offer haircuts until the time you list as closing and only open to take appointments then that is not helpful. When you are open until 9:00 I do not consider 6:45 last minute. While you could have said we do not have any more appointments available tonight you said we don't have any stylists which sounds like you do not offer haircuts at that time. While trying to understand your comment we were disconnected. When you called me back you didn't give me a chance to respond and just said ""We will never offer you a haircut since you are so rude" then hung up on me. When I tried calling back to apologize for the dropped call you would not answer the phone. If you are not professional enough to even answer the phone and talk to people and if you believe calling making a rude comment then hanging up is acceptable you should consider taking a customer service course.

I highly recommend Kimmie . My hair is fine & seems to be getting finer with age. Kimmie colored & cut my hair into a much youthful style yesterday. My new hairstyle really makes feel vibrant. She's very knowledgeable & she's an excellent hair dresser. 👍 ☺

The best salon in Brandon. They have someone who specializes in everything from cuts, color, Keratin, nails, and facials. My hairdresser's name is Schantell and she is extraordinary. She always does a consultation to determine if what you want is practical based on your hair's health. She uses the best products. She is a perfectionist and won't allow you to leave the salon without being completely satisfied with your hair. I wouldn't go to any other Salon 💇🏾‍♀️💄💅💆🏾‍♀️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just went to Kimmie for the first time. She was so sweet and welcoming, she listened to what I really wanted and my past experiences that didn't turn out well. Then she worked her magic on my hair and she took such great care of my hair... Beautiful highlights and made my hair condition better then before. I will definitely keep her as my stylist.
