This is probably the most poorly managed location ive ever been to. They dont have the staff to facilitate cooking a piece of toast much less helping with peoples medical needs. Send an SOS to corprate.

Currently has taken over an hour for a simple drug screen. Made an appoiment for 10am, it's been an hour and still haven't been seen. Other people in the waiting room with appointments are up to an hour and half waiting to be seen. If you can't staff a location, don't over issue appointments and have no back up plan.

Appointment was for 11am for simple urine analysis, the young lady at the desk was efficient and checked me in quickly. Sitting with a very full bladder, they finally called my name at 11:40am

You have to call to set up an appointment during certain hours and days depending on what service you need.
The one on Parsons is by Appointment only. Please do not show up without one. I would suggest making an appt for any Labcorp you go to.
For something as important as making an appointment, I would call a speak with a technician. That way there will confusion about your appointment. It will be set in stone.
