I went on 2/17/2022 and I love this store because it has something for everyone year round. Great selection and budget friendly. Has an array of selections from hippie to casual to a more upscale look. Alyssa the stylish sales clerk helped me pick out a couple pieces to update my wardrobe. She was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the different styles. Great customer service, helpful tips. She helped me pick out some great pieces. I love that they are not pushy they never bother you but always helpful.

Out Christmas shopping with my family and my black teenage son walked into the store to be immediately greeted by an employee who was later identified as Alyssa. Alyssa felt it necessary to insinuate that she would be watching him by putting her two fingers to her eyes and turning them back at him. When I went back in the store to address the situation asking about an employee which he described as wearing a salmon colored shirt, the assistant manager Onadee came out and was very dismissive and defensive stating that the Alyssa was never up front. Despite her confirming this employee that I never seen was wearing a salmon colored shirt. This experience was discriminatory, rude and disruptive to our holiday shopping.

Disappointed after being a loyal customer for MANY years. I'd not been during the past year + (health) but looked forward to going. 1 male staff member near changing rooms very helpful, but others couldn't seem to be bothered. Much less inventory available (t-shirt selection) & it all feels crammed into a smaller space.

The customer service at the Brandon location was poor went in to make a return and about three employees were standing around one worker putting all this change in the register while the line of customers were increasing in line. After waiting over ten minutes of them not saying anything when finally got to the counter the employee said they're computers are not working for returns or purchases. Okay would have been appropriate to tell the customers waiting around for nothing in line rather going to the counter and them telling you. Big waste of time this location don't pretend you can take customers then they tell you at the desk that no purchases or returns can be made right now. Starting not even wanting to come to this location again lately they haven't been having any good sales so prices are high without them having any sales.
