Great location on the Broad canal. Plenty of kayaks and they were busy on a hot Saturday afternoon

I've been here a couple of times before and there hasn't been any problems but their service has been consistently degrading every single time. The workers are not very helpful, rude and seem untrained to do basic tasks. The check-in process is long and they do not do a good job of explaining things to beginners (I had several of my friends who never kayaked but were shocked at how unfriendly the staff was). If you're reading this, there are better places in Boston that will charge you less and treat you better, go there!

Ran a field trip with my work group - everyone loved it. Staff are helpful and polite. Touring areas are beautiful and fun. Gathering location is really pretty too right next to some great places for food. Bathrooms not fully onsite - just on the other side of the parking garage.

Great place to go with friends or special once. One of iconic views while kayaking. We can see prudential buildings, MIT, and other great places on Charles river.

Of course! You won't even need a paddle :)) just gooz and move
No but they have floating bags you can take in the kayak for you I recommend taking a few Ziploc’s and putting your stuff in them inside the safe bag, it costs $1

They had one last year, but not anymore. Just sit on top kayaks, sit ins, and paddle boards.
Yes, go to https://paddleboston.com/rentals/covid/ for details.
Yes all locations are open on Labor day 9-7. The last boat goes out at 6pm. (weather permitting).
Yes, this is a public dock. You would want to drop your boat and then park on a different street or in the parking garage as there is no parking on Broad Canal Way.
