horribly-run store. i bought my phone online so i just needed them to hand it to me in the store. when i arrived they said it'd be 1 hour 45 minutes before they could walk to the back, grab my phone, and hand it to me. i didn't have a bunch of time to sit around doing nothing so i left and came back the next day. when i came back the next day they gave me a phone case for the wrong phone, so i had to go back a third day in a row just to get the stuff i bought. no one here has a clue what's going on or gives a damn about efficient service.

My daughter and I went in to pick up an online order. We were greeted by Cindy who waited on us. She was enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience a memorable one. We were in and out so quickly. Thank you Cindy! I am enjoying my new phone!

03/21/2022 15pm: The salesperson “browty9-ELH82” (Sorry, I cannot remember his name) was super nice and helped us activating our hotspot. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Kudos

In May, traded in my phone during a promotion and received a quote for a $440 trade-in credit. I was instructed by an employee to return the following day and bring the phone back in after my location services had been disabled (phone's screen was broken and needed laptop to turn them off). I was guaranteed the promotion would still be valid. When I returned the next day the manager informed me the promotion was no longer valid and I could only receive $80ish. I immediately called Verizon who confirmed I would still be eligible for the $440, but because of the store's mistake I would need to wait until the phone was finished being processed and sent to their facility for any changes to be made. Guess what? 5 months and 8 cumulative hours on the phone with Verizon account customer support later, I have yet to receive the discount. Thank you to this store for helping me to find my favorite new hobby, where I call verizon once a month and beg for my own money. Great job guys!

Yes, but expect slow service and long wait times. Today an employee that I haven't seen at this location was extremely rude, made a truly inappropriate snarky remark to me, and didn't listen to the quetions put to him. The reason why I was in the store today, was an employee at that store last month undercharged me for my bill by .32¢, which triggered a $5.00 late fee, even though I paid on time. And instead of dealing with the issue himself (apparently a manager), he had me call Customer Service to deal with it. He made zero attempt to even look at the mistake made.

The best answer I can give you, if you can't figure this out, is to bring the phone to a store which sells and services iPhones and ask them to help you. Personally, I would web search this question; odds are good that others have solved it in the past and some may have documented how they did do.
