As far as crime goes, it's low. There are several long-term residents that are employed by the local police and their mere presence has always been a deterrent. The place is well kept and improvements are ongoing. Great staff and truly a central location to all of DFW.
We didn't stay but a week. It's a good area, staff were very friendly and the place is nice and clean.
We only stayed short term but really liked the park. It was safe well located near a large Target which was very convenient and very close to a number of strip Malls. Where we stayed there were a number of permanent sites. I would definitely recommend calling the office with your question as they will give you the best prices
What is the question? Are you looking for an rv that you move around in, or are you looking for a park model at an RV Park? Your question is confusing. Are you buying your RV someplace and then trying to find a site where you can pay daily to monthly? You can go to the website and find the answers to all of your questions about rates and such.
We stayed at the weekly rate cause they didn't have any monthly spots open. Highly recommend that you call the office for availablility. Our water was included with trash but our electric was separate. While we're there we didn't hear of any crime, it is not gated. The people where amazing and fun to get to know, staff was awesome and the park was clean! I would stay there again.
