Stayed a long weekend very quiet and friendly. Loved the trees, campfire and halloween decorated areas. Restrooms were clean and spacious. Called for some firewood at night and they immediately delivered to our spot. No trouble at all, thank you!

If you need to change your reservation use Google to get their phone number, not the one on your confirmation email. That goes to a call center.

I know they are reasonable and yes, if there is space, long term is available.
Cable , water and sewer included. Electric is metered. Costs me bout 850-900 a month but its about to go up so don't quote me on that, lol
we paid $66.00 a day for 3 days
Yeah, that's a no for sure
Yes anout 8-10 min depending on lights
Most of the sites are long term and there are short term available also. Check availability in either event.
I'd try koa. Treetops has a lot of rules.
They have all types here. Its the size they pay attention to in my case.
They offer long-term. Rent varies. We pay over $800 + electric per month. Dogs are allowed with possible breed restrictions. Must keep dogs on leash and keep quiet, not to disturb everyone else's vacation.
They do have open spaces that are for long term. It's really nice here and one of the safest spots I've found so far!
I paid 825/mo plus electric...don't know about discount
I have a 15 year old 5th wheel and I've seen older units come through, so I do not believe there is an age restriction on RVs here.
I dont have an answer. I believe most of the RVs are privately owned.
Yes. Property maintenance man named Cowboy rides around on his golf cart
As far as crime goes, it's low. There are several long-term residents that are employed by the local police and their mere presence has always been a deterrent. The place is well kept and improvements are ongoing. Great staff and truly a central location to all of DFW.
Water is included, but electricity is not.
I'm not sure about "standard" but we hv a 39'. We pay $570.+ elec. The pool is nice and all is maintained! Only problem I hv with them is the units are so so spaced! On some units, such as ours, u r not unable to put out ur awning!
They have long term rentals
They are booked. And wkly rate is $300
City sewer black water grey water at each RV site as well as potable water to fill tanls
They do not "store" RV equipment. They provide the service necessary to live in the RV
There are long term spots, only the park can inform you on availability
Go online get their phone # and call them.
I go to the places I review then give my honest opinion.
