Not sure about the rate. This is a really decent place. Has all hookups, lots of trees, laundromat, pool, walking path with foot bridges over creek. We are planning on staying here when we get our RV. My only concern is the slips seem a little close together. Know friends who stayed here for only a week and they loved it. They stayed in the heat of the summer (100+) and were surprised how much cooler it was in the evenings with all the tree cover. Huge plus. Most of the time it's still in the 90s!
Not sure about monthly rates ,yes they are open all year. Most of the spaces are long stay units.
