I set up an appointment with the pharmacy to receive a yellow fever vaccine as it was advertised that they give this vaccine on the vaccine appt form. I drove 45 min to this location and when I got there I was told “oh yeah I saw that you asked for this vaccine on your appointment but we do not carry that.” It would have been nice to receive a phone call before taking off work to specifically drive all this way for something they advertised they had, knew they didn’t have it when I made my appointment, but decided to just ‘wait and see’ what I’d say when I arrived.

What is the point of a 24 hour pharmacy if you can't get a prescription filled? The urgent care could not send the rx to them electronically so I drove over to drop it off. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. Finally got it dropped off around 7:30pm and was told it would be ready by 9pm. As of 10:30 it is still not ready and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. So frustrated, I guess they know they are the only 24 pharmacy in the area. We don't have any options so they don't have to do better.

I had a terrible experience at your location at the pharmacy. I scheduled a flu vaccination for 10/23/2022 at 6:45PM. I get there early minutes before my time slot and the person infront of me was there for the 7PM vaccination appointment. I get up to the counter finally and the person behind the counter checked me in and I had already done the online questionaire so that I would not have to waste anymore time prior to the vaccination. After a 30 minute wait the person who had the appointment time after mine gets his vaccination first. I was already not happy for that but I figured I would wait another 5 minutes or so for mine. I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I was there for 45 minutes and no comments from the pharmacy staff about how much longer I would have to wait for a flu vaccination. I go to Walgreens from time to time for vaccinations but at other locations, but yours had the openings that were suitable for me. I was not alone this evening so thats why I did not go up to the counter and let them know of my frustation with the type of service that they showed me... I just got up and left. I think more ongoing coaching for the pharmacy and pharmacist is required for this location to prevent this type of negative feedback.

I think they don't have.
I believe so but only the generic ones, not the medically installed kind or the more commercial ones. They probably are able to get them with a prescription or have them delivered.
