I haven't used Ernie's nor would I. It doesn't matter to me what his overall star rating is. What matters to me is the total disrespect and condescending nature in which Ernie, or whoever writes for him, uses in their replies to lower star ratings. I will not use or recommend someone that belittles people simply because their review of your business is lower than you like it to be. There are tons of plumbers out there that do just as good, if not better, work than Ernie's, who don't charge as much as Ernie's and who won't insult you online if you say something they don't like.

Scott Reddick was our technician. I called Ernie's and Scott arrived quickly. I told Scott I would rather repair our hot water heater if possible. He quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me as to the needed parts to order from Rheem. Scott did not try to upsell me for a replacement hot water heater. I ordered the parts and the day I received them, I called and requested Scott for completion. He arrived that morning and completed the job promptly. Scott showed me the parts that he had replaced and assured me that our water heater was working as it should now. His service was professional, quick and very he was very courteous. I would recommend him when the need for an honest and competent plumber arises. Thank you, Scott!!!!

Well, it turns out that my General Manager (Randy) did attempt to call you yesterday morning and was unable to leave a message. Be by your phone this morning, please. I am completely bewildered as to why General Manager (Randy) did not contact you yesterday or even perhaps why he was not told to contact you. However, my apologies to you sir, and I absolutely will make contact with them this morning to roll some heads. You will be contacted this morning (Tuesday morning) for certain. Respectfully, Ernie.

We don't give estimates on something we can not see. We will however come to your home, determine what needs to be done and then give an absolute FREE ESTIMATES at you home site.
It depends upon they brand of toilet and faucet. A pretty broad question being that the guts in a toilet can vary considerably and a the type faucet as well. The only way to give an accurate quote it only by having our plumber put an eyeball on the situation. He can then price it.
