I've been waiting all day for a technician to show up literally from 8am to 7pm they said they would show up well here it is 6:40pm we haven't left all day and where is the technician who knows we can't call the office it's closed what great service

There are other companies that deliver better service and value but for some reason this area keeps renewing contracts with a subpar company. Cable one is terrible, they treat the internet like it costs them more for unlimited access. Other companies charge less for speed and there are no data caps. Other companies provide the best in service to customers and do not send techs out who know less about routers and Wi-Fi than your average customer.

Call the 800 number and ask for the grayson cable one 877 number finally got lines dropped after asking for a year grayson county cable is who we had and cable one bought them out and dropped fiber lines in our area. I have the gig plan and yes its fast as fast, used to have att since that was the fastest in this area and I pay more for cable one but its well worth it, I am not used to country life i am from southern calf. And we had everything there, thank god cable one bought and dropped new lines i am finally in internet heaven again

Cable one sucks. I used them for two years and they keep going up and up on prices. So I dropped the service. Change companies.
