Waited 30 minutes to exchange a cable box and they didn't have a remote to go with it. They said they were out and possibly have more on Thursday. Seriously, they charge a small fortune a month and don't have the simplest materials in stock? Not happy!

They are not going to exert an ounce of energy extra to provide any sort of good customer service, at least in my experience. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they provided the bare minimum. This store has terrible reviews all over the internet, and for good reason.

Store is actually in the shopping center of Kroger, not near the hospital.

8/25/22. Why does spectrum keep hanging up on me. I've called 3 different numbers. I need to talk to someone about my bill. What's going on? And I'm charged a late fee every month because I get my disability on the 1st.
