This location kept pushing personal training on me and calling me. I did the free personal training session after they called me multiple times and insisted that it would help with my goals. I was stationed with a personal trainer that didn’t align with my goals. I was told originally that I would be talking to a different trainer that would have helped me hit my goals. The manager called me for some reason to make small talk and ask why I haven’t been to the gym in awhile right after I did the free session. This was a bizarre experience to say the least. I didn’t experience anything like this at other locations.

Clean and equipment is well placed/organized. Bathroom/showers are clean. Staff is respectful. (This is for the Cobb Pkwy location)

Horrible experience. Music remains loud even after multiple requests to have the volume lowered. Even requesting the DM, Kristina Ward, yielded no results due to her unwillingness or inadequacy as a manager to have the volume even slightly lowered. While the music is an inconvenience, the real issue is it also always takes months to have any equipment fixed. Even before the pandemic. Some of these are relatively simple issues. Still takes months, and measures are taken by staff to further break a mostly usable machine to be completely useless.

The pool operates on first come basis. There are lockers available for your use or you can take your clothes with you to the pool area, whichever one you feel comfortable doing. Yes you can take your towel to the pool area

Get vaccinated if you haven't (even if you had covid- doesn't matter what strain), wear as mask, they don't check for temp upon entry and mask wearing is not enforced- so exercise at your own risk. I go early in the morning and late at night so it's not really much of a problem.

No there's no fee for silver sneakers. Talk to the person at the entrance desk and they can set you up with your membership card

No there's no walking Track inside this location. But the fact that is in a mall area you can walk and run around that area
