Sometimes they sit on the corner, but home Depot doesn't have labor workers directly. You can post an ad in Craigslist. Or go to labor ready and wait to see if anyone want to work when labor ready doesn't have enough jobs you don't have to talk to labor ready talk to the people directly. There's also a place called the old wagon yard people wait for someone to offer temp work but I can rember where that is. Craigslist is probly your best bet then labor ready across from the zoo or close by when labor ready lets out.

Yes, on weekdays there can be some people. There are plenty of temp places as well. You can also go to the pro desk and ask. Typically they know of some people that can help you.
