As parents who were looking forward to seeing our son participate in soccer this spring, we are very disappointed in this association. I never received responses from Barbie Clay (secretary), Josh Hill (division commissioner) nor Randi Hill (President) after inquiring about the lack of organization. I reached out to Josh Hill initially, to only find out last minute (from our own inquiry) there has never been a coach, practices nor jerseys ordered. He simply sent a email with a list of kids names (no contact numbers) and asked that myself and another parent try to piece the team together (days before start of season). After no further response from Josh Hill, I emailed Randi Hill (president), no response either. The buck was passed time and time again with no resolution until after the season had begun. No practice with a team nor time to get a jersey. I requested our son be placed on his prior team upon registration but he was placed on another "new team". His team was "folded" days before the first game and no communication on if our son would still have a season or not. We were shocked to have been shown time and time again how our small home town soccer association operated better than what we have experienced with TSA. We will have to travel so our son can play soccer elsewhere.

The website is very misleading. It did not post a specific date that registration was due by nor did they close their registration portal. It was only when I registered and received the confirmation e-mail that I saw the date had already passed to register for this season. I have called the office number several times, sent an e-mail to Reba and followed up through Facebook. I am being completely ignored and I am just trying to get a refund for the registration fee. I see on their Facebook page that several other people are complaining because they can't get through to anyone on the administration team, some kids have never even been assigned teams and the scheduling seems to be completely jacked up. I feel like we dodged a bullet here but I'd still like my money back!

Don't register with them! This is the worst Unorganized soccer association my daughter's team dosen't even have a coach yet and they had their first game with no team coach. They never called me to tell me that my daughter was in a team, I had to go to the office, I was lucky to find someone, but I'm trying to get my money back, this place became a abandoned building and calls and emails are or never answered. Good luck
Go to www.tylersoccer.com under Board Members find your sons age group coordinator, you may email or call them, they will have the information.
Your son is on the wolfpack so the coach should be calling the parents . But I will get a hold of him and tell to call .
