Let's just say you can get more help done online than you can in this office. I walked in and there was a lady working the front desk. She was dry, rude, unpleasant and utterly rude. 😒 like you are in the business of helping people in need...why the attitude like seriously if I am coming in your office apparently I'm going through some ish and don't need the extra splash of attitude. Honey have a great day! Like you mad guess what so am I! Hire people who want to work for your company and actually help people. Like I need a job hire me! I am a college graduate recently unemployed looking for work.

Ive recieved a ton of papers from them to complete a case but want my daughters employment verification when she is ONLY A YEAR OLD they are absolutely ridiculous when you call there is no answer. They never have their information straight on their side screwing over plenty of people. I have a 14 month old and a 1 week old and ive been fighting to get my case straight for 5 almost 6 months now. This is the absolute WORST state to need state assistance.

Called to get a question answered (my maiden name was still on my card ) and was told to come in to fix it and hung up on with no information. Called back to ask if I needed an appt and the operator was SO rude and unhelpful. She literally said “I’m just the operator I don’t know.” I live an hour away so I just wanted to know what I needed to bring in… called the Mt. Pleasant office and they were SO nice and very helpful. Will be going there instead .
