I felt the same way when I went there
I needed a card yesterday and they apparently don't let you pick them up at a location anymore. There was no people there and only one person working... they kinda act like you have the plague or something and won't even open the window a little bit to talk to you. She had me make a copy of my license and slip it thru the crack in the glass. It was weird.
