There are only two ladders to climb. The rest is walking and ducking under tight doorways. Gift shop is unexpectedly large. Quite the tour, it will definitely make up for your daily walk.
No, it's a fairly small exhibit. The gift shop is much bigger than the dwellings. Took us 45 minutes to explore the whole site and we took our time.

There is some, but not a significant amount. Parking lot is right there. It is a significant incline to walk up from further out in the lot. There is also a gift shop very close.

Two ladders but you do have to step over the bottom part of a wall and have a few inclines. Over all not bad if you dont have mobility issues
