Villa Motel at Manitou Springs

All in all this was a positive experience. Our room came with a kitchenette, which had nearly everything we needed to prepare food for our week in CO. The room was comfortable enough, and the breakfast, while far from extraordinary, met our expectations. We had two concerns: One was housekeeping, or rather, the lack thereof. We asked when we arrived how often they come by and we’re told every three days, unless we request them. We arrived on Saturday and left on Saturday; we saw housekeeping once. It wasn’t that we needed a lot, but we had to make several trips to the office for misc. things that could have been taken care of, such as additional TP and Kleenex. The second issue was ants. My daughter noticed them near the exterior wall, and we also found some in the bathroom. This was relayed to the front desk, who seemed very concerned, and said that it would be relayed to maintenance, but we never heard anything if it. Now, there were fewer ants, I suspect we saw them on a day they had just found there way in or something, but they never went away. I felt this was something they may have wanted to take care of.

Wonderful service. The front desk answered all our questions, helped with our TV, and was the same person to greet us in the morning. Lovely! The rooms have been remodeled and include everything you need to relax. Pool (not opened yet but nice size) and hot tub! Location is close to everything...a 7 minute walk to downtown Manitou Springs, short car ride to Garden of The Gods and the Cog Railway. We plan to return...maybe check out a Cottage. 😉

This was a very nice place to stay. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was great. The location was excellent with walking to restaurants and other things within minutes. Definitely would stay here again

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay here! We got a GREAT price on the room and it was a really nice king bed! Comfiest hotel pillows I’ve used! Very clean room Good wifi and great TV options Nice and quiet for people needing rest! Plenty of towels and a nice cozy big blanket It’s a super cute cozy little motel, they deserve every good review!! The complimentary breakfast was good too, lots of options and loved all the tea options Most of all the staff is very sweet, very accommodating and very friendly. My husband and I would really enjoy staying here again
