Hotel room was dirty upon arrival. Staff is inattentive and slightly rude. Rooms are ok but could use some updating especially the TV's.

The rooms were not the greatest. It was definitely dated. Mattresses and bedding so so. It did seem clean. Like I said not the greatest and I've stayed at worse.

To be fair, you do get what you pay for as this is one of the cheapest motels in Manitou Springs, but there are some gross things that stand out. Most notably are the dirty carpets; our feet were dirty from walking around in our room barefoot.

Very small but quaint rooms. The wifi worked really well. This place is 100 percent about the location, and the location is amazing. We've stayed here twice and it's perfect for us. I think the best way to describe it is rustic, but in a good way.

Nope, but there is a nice secluded scenic dri e across the street. 😏
Not sure about the shuttle but the hotel is only a 7 minute drive to downtown. Sometimes traffic can affect that, but as far as miles its quite close. 30 minute walk max.
