Not really. There are 2 steps to board the train and go into the gift shop. You can get to the train from parking lot without stairs though. The rest of the town is fairly accessible if you want to go from casino to casino.
There are conductors who are more then willing to assist anyone onto the train
They can make accommodations if you call in advance.
Depending on needs there isn't really space for a wheelchair and no visible wheelchair ramps. It may be worth asking directly because by law they are required to be disability friendly
