Veterans get $5 of free play daily. Casino has a slight upscale feel. Close to the train station do you can pop in before or after you train ride. We didn't stay in Hotel so can't rate that.

In Cripple Creek for the 2022 Fourth of July. Spent time with my lady, & son. Had a decent meal here. No gambling for the first time visiting. Shot so photos. Took a leisurely cruise home. End of story.

If I could give this hotel and casino zero stars I would!! They have the worst employees and manger. I had an issue with one of their machines and I just wanted to make sure I didn’t hit anything wrong. So I walked away to go find my sister and brother and I came back an hour later to talk to them about their machine. I told her that I wanted to make sure that the machine didn’t take my money because I started with a hundred and ended up winning two hundred and when I clicked on the button it said zero credits so I put thirty into the machine and just ended up cashing out the remaining balance. Long story short when I told the manger and her employees about the situation ( keep in mind that I have a disability) she flat out told me that I was lying and that there was nothing wrong with the machine, it’s you!! Also the cashier at the window was telling us (me, my sister, and brother) to leave. I do not recommend coming here to this hotel and casino. They deserve no stars at all!!

Closest thing to a Las Vegas casino. Beautiful inside. Promo's for gaming are non-existent compared to Bronco Billy's. Received $5.00 for my birthday on my player card. Card had issues being accepted into their slot machines. Tip -- Have the clerk enter what you want your 4 digit pin to be on her side of the desk for you player card. The keypad on the customers side DOES NOT WORK you will have to make multiple trips to the customer service desk otherwise. Save yourself the headache!!!

A lot less during week days and expensive on weekends. If you have a player's card, you can qualify for free rooms (or used to).
You have to ask the company, not the patrons
Idk that answer but, I'm 45 and never got carded for anything. Sorry
