Your staff was very professional. However, you need Handicap accessibility from the time they enter parking to their rooms.. Add safety strippers in your showers!!!!!! The Hotel needs to be reconfigured the lay out sucks..

We thought we booked Midnight Rose and was looking forward to the old time room style. When we check in they put us in mcgillis with a new updated room. The room was fine but it wasn't what we were wanting. I had to go next door and ask the cleaning lady to stop banging the door when we were trying to rest in the afternoon. The slots in the casino didn't pay out but we had a good time anyway. We will return to Cripple Creek and possibly stay here again. I would suggest if you want a specific room to call and book over the phone and not do it online.

Good place to gamble, clean nice staff. Just like all the other casinos in cripple creek everyone stops serving food at midnight and it really stinks....especially after drinks and gambling til 2am. Ugh maybe one day someone will go back to having popcorn or some sort of snack place open all night.

Room was very clean. Very disappointed that I paid $173 for a room on a Wednesday night. Found out I should have stayed at the Wildwood Casino for half the price. The manager wasn't the least bit concerned about loosing a customer. I recommend calling around to get a reasonable room rate.
