Unfortunately not. This is a challenging jaunt. While there are not waterfalls that I'm aware of, the Apache Wash trailhead has lots of accessible walking/hiking areas that may be of interest to you and your husband. Cheers!
Not unless it has rained recently and I would not consider that portion of the trail accesible to anyone with a disability that would prevent walking on rocky surfaces at incline.

Unfortunately no, plus the only waterfalls out there would only be flowing if it had rained pretty good in the last couple days.
