Yes you still have to wait in line. it sets your products aside so when you come in your more likely to have it. When you get checked in you can go to the black desk where they will have the preorders. If no one is there or there busy any budtender can help you. Also no you do not have to make any appointments it's just walk in first come first serve.
You wait in line like everybody else usually there are other online orders as well they are usually good about alternating between pre-order and walkins.

I asked the person at the front. They said that you still have to wait in line if you ordered online.
