I'm here to buy an iPhone. I know what I want. Don't need setup. Just wanted to pay and go. They require me to set a shopping appointment 30 min later. So I cruise around the mall and come back in time for my appt. Now I'm sitting here 15 min after my appointment time and still no one is ready to help me. So I've now spent 45 min longer than this should take. How about an express checkout for those that just need to purchase and go. This has been a terrible shopping experience and it's making me question being on the Apple system altogether.

Everyone in this store will happily take your money to sell you a product. When there is a problem with that product - even one covered under warranty - they are flat out clueless and useless. Have fun waiting 30+ minutes each time you have to visit (and it will be multiple times) while there are 10 Apple store employees standing around doing nothing.

You can go online and make it
Yes. Depends on how many people are waiting in the queue.
If you wipe your phone completely.
I don't know. Try and call them.
Call the store
They might. If not you can order it from them or go to Frys electric.
You can make appointments online. Also they accept walk-ins. But you are planning to go in during weekend, definitely would recommend appointment.
You can make your appointment online.
Call them or I think you can make the appointment online also.
I don't think they would.
79.00 , they've also admitted to slowing down older phones on the latest software update. They admitted this on CNN. A lot of people think they're trying to sell new phones. Apple says it is because of the battery life. We all know they're full of it. Anyways if you pay the $79 to have the battery replaced, they say your phone will go back to operating like it did before they're wonderful update. - hope this helps - P. S. That was my last Apple product. I finally made the jump to Android. Wish I did it years ago. It was frustrating for a while though. It's better over here. Takes a little getting used to though.
If you're asking about a reset, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on whether you want any apps or data restored, which would take longer. You can also search for instructions on "How to reset my iPad" online and get step by step instructions
I went w/o appointment early on weekday for help on iPhone, was told to make appointment
Yes sir, a very nice one!
I'm not sure but you can go in and talk to a technician
These batteries are not user removable. But yes you can send it in and have it replaced. It makes a huge difference and will adversely speed your experience up. Apple finally admitted it was slowing older devices down with software updates in order to save the battery. Batteries range between $79 + $150. Inquire within
Some after market places do, ill advise to check with your cell phone provider and use the insurance.
Yes, hurry be sure to ask for them.
They're not too busy in the morning and should be able to help you without a long wait. It's best to just call and make an appointment.
The store folks can unlock it but they will charge a fee.
