Nice to have a brick and mortar investment firm where you can talk to somebody face to face. I highly recommend dealing with Josh Chan. He will give you good advice and treat you like a millionaire even if you are just an average person planning for retirement or investing.

The best thing I can say is that I came out of the meeting a little less confused than when I went in. The gentleman was extremely nice and answered all my questions. Even when I asked same question repeatedly. He said that I can make another appointment for more clarification if and when I might need it. I really appreciated that.

Why can't I ever get through to Fidelity? I try to chat, call, and email and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's horrible!

I called on a last Sunday afternoon and I got customer service my situation was resolved.

How to talk with a person in full view? I always wait even for 40 min. Been trying for many days. Has Fidelity closed doors?

They have a no contact policy right they speak to you through a screen and camera. I was there last week and they helped me with my concerns and selling of market accounts just fine.

I have 93K portfolio located in Vermont. I am considering transferring the account to Arizona. The question: the account has a 10k margin loan. Can the account be moved with the loan or would I have to pay off the loan before moving the account?

Lester, I think that your question about your portfolio should go directly to someone at Fidelity. Instead, it's going to Google Maps local guides, and we are more used to answering questions about wheelchair access and service. LOL. But Fidelity is a great facility to work with. Good luck!
