It's not in Chandler but I heard of a place off of main and power that pays for cardboard. Recyclingnearme.org I think. Check them out they might be worth the trip.
Most generic solid waste can be dumped for a small fee, added to your water bill. Metal is free to dump. Cardboard doesn't have any special needs, so just dump it where the staff tell you to.
