Poor customer service. Placed order for glasses that cost over $500 (best I can tell as they never provided receipt for full amount I paid and what insurance paid - my portion well over $300) and they were delivered in BUBBLE WRAP (SEE PHOTO). Called to complain and fired as customer - which is fine - determined prior to this wasn't going back. Breeder of contact lens and glasses as that's where most of these offices make their $$$. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

They openly show disdain for requesting your prescription to buy eyeglasses elsewhere. I don't like the office staff here. They lack friendliness and professionalism.

I've been going here for a few years and have a super positive experience every time. They are always on time, efficient, and knowledgeable about my contacts/glasses with insurance. Today they took so much time helping me find a nice pair of glasses also. Everyone is very friendly.

I am very impressed with Chandler Eyecare. Dr. Carpenter took the time to explain my retinal imaging and gave me multiple treatment options moving forward. Nancy helped me pick out great frames and even helped me find a cheaper option that looked very much like the more expensive frames I originally wanted. I would highly recommend this practice!
