My older laptop was sluggish and presenting screen impacting oddities so I took it to my local Chandler, AZ Data Doctors and the tech, Jim, patiently listened as I described in very non technical terms what I was experiencing. I was concerned that I might have to purchase a new laptop and really did not want that expense or disruption. Jim accepted the challenge and after analysis and "cleaning" explained all he had done and that though my laptop was in good shape it would help performance to replace the hard drive and increase the memory which I did at a fraction of the cost of a new laptop. I am very pleased with the service and customer support I received from Jim at Data Doctors and joined their monthly care plan in order to keep my older laptop running well into the future.

Was informed that they do free in home consultations...when talked to the representative, was told that this was only available for businesses. Waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
