Wow... Just rude. Called to ask about fountain repair service. Hispanic Girl/woman on other side couldn't hear me well at first, but after she did, she said sternly, WE DO NOT DO WATER FOUNTAIN REPAIR! She then just hung up on me! Wow....what an opportunist. No money in it for her then don't waste her time. She can't even be bothered to be polite. Personally I would also be concerned about after sale service from this company. After reading some other reviews on her, it seems my assessment is correct.

The lady was so rude and very unhelpful. She seemed put out because I wasn't sure of what I wanted? I thought she was there to help me with that? I was wrong. I wouldn't waste my time with her again!!!!!!
