RENTERS BEWARE!!!!! I rented an apartment in this complex. They air conditioner remained inoperable for nearly a week and the apartment exceeded 90 degrees during the day. After a week, I packed up and moved. The corporate office is now trying to collect thousands of dollars in fees, saying I broke the lease. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! This company has very little regard for YOU the tenant. They are run by a corporation in Santa Barbara, CA with the sole objective of generating excessive profits! IF YOU HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES, POST THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA and on GOOGLE. Tenants do not have to tolerate threats and intimidation tactics from this company. Read about this company and its individual apartments, NOTHING GOOD. A history of bullying tenants and ignoring maintenance requests.

awesome experience on pumpkin painting party

This apartment complex has really fun events and super friendly neighbors. I went to a pumpkin painting event last night and everyone enjoyed it. There were families with young children, single people, families with older children and married couples. It was a wonderful experience. I've also been to a pancake breakfast, a pop-up coffee bar and a football watching party with delicious pizza. This is a great place to live!

Tomas and Crystal are the greatest! Since moving here in August 2022, we have attended 3 or 4 events! Each one has been so much fun! They are always welcoming and make you feel right at home. We look forward to all future events!!
