First experience they failed to show up for the appointment and failed to call. I was told they had “an emergency” when I called and finally reached someone two hours after the appointment time. I was then told I would have to wait another week before they could reschedule. I guess Complete failure to make an appointment is not “an emergency.” Second appointment showed up more or less on time and had the problem solved quickly.

It was tricky getting an appointment via text messages they said they did not get, but once we did they were responsive and professional. The quality of work done was very good. While the cost was a little higher than expected we were happy with the results and it probably was not unreasonable at all.
