Doctors and staff are very nice and patient. We had a good experience with the exam, getting glasses, and learning how to put in contact’s. I only removed one star because it was pretty difficult to get ahold of the over the phone. We ended up having to going in person, but once there everyone was nice. I think think it’s just an issue of workload which is not the employees fault at all.

I went here for an eye exam and glasses earlier this year. When I went to pick up my glasses, I couldn't see out of them because they made them with the wrong prescription. They told me that it wasn't their fault and this happened because there are two of me. They tried to convince me that there was someone else who had my exact name, spelled the same way, with the same middle initial and the same birthday and who came in for an eye exam on the exact same day as me. They apparently used her prescription instead. The odds of this person existing are highly unlikely. No matter, ever since picking up my new glasses they've been slipped off my face. I've had to have them adjusted 6 times in the last 4 months. Those people are just incompetent. I definitely do not reccomend this place.

In person, they're really nice, but trying to call and speak to someone, it's nearly impossible. I've tried 4 times already. Not even the Visionworks main customer service was able to get ahold of them.
