I was thinking about coming out here for my birthday and wanted to know how getting a boat tour of the place worked

I read they have tours if you are looking for a home. And rentals for residents. Not sure about rentals for parties. Towne Lake boat tours are available from 10:30 am - 4pm Mon-Thurs, 10:30 am - 4 pm Fri & Sat, and 12:30 - 4 pm Sun

This is a private community, and the owners have their own personal vessels, so unless you personally know someone who lives here, rentals may not be an option..I would call the office and see if that's an option.
