There is a paved trail that runs all through the neighborhood, down to the actual center. There are a few off-trail paths that you must be a resident to use. However, what you are looking to use them for, I would suggest starting at the center and walking from there. Beautiful views!

I read they have tours if you are looking for a home. And rentals for residents. Not sure about rentals for parties. Towne Lake boat tours are available from 10:30 am - 4pm Mon-Thurs, 10:30 am - 4 pm Fri & Sat, and 12:30 - 4 pm Sun

Almost every Saturday night they have a performer.... sometimes on Friday and Sunday night there will be a performance but not always.

I dont know for sure but they have music outside on weekends again so they may have them

this upscale shopping center is so well managed that i expect you would need to clear such activity with the center management or the store you want to perform at

There is no public waterpark. It is a Towne Lake Residents community. The Boardwalk is all restaurants, a coffee shop, several fitness clubs, a spa, salons, massage therapist and 2 retailers.

No. Fishing is only for Towne Lake residents, however, no fishing is allowed on the docks at The Boardwalk.

Maybe you can call to any of the Restaurants over there. But I don't think you can use the exterior areas for your private event.

Pets are actually not allowed but further in the surrounding areas. Because of the restaurant and play area pets unfortunately don't have area for relieving themselves
