I have been taking my three kids to pediatric dentistry for over 5 years. Every dental visit has been the best experience! The waiting area is clean and neat. The front desk and all staff are always welcoming and kind! My children always leave with a smile despite it being a scary place for kids! We have never had one complaint or bad experience! This last visit was the exception and the first time my children felt uncomfortable. I sat there upset knowing this was not the “norm.” Myra did cleanings for all of my children. She wasn’t the usual warm friendly staff we are used to. The kids were almost treated and talked to as though they were adults. We all left disappointed and uncomfortable. I avoided confrontation because it wouldn’t have ended well. I hope by writing this review she will be held accountable and be reminded to be kind and gentle when working with children. Dental trips can be overwhelming. Children need to feel comfortable and safe especially when they are nervous.

This was my 2 year olds first dental visit. The environment and staff were very welcoming. The hygienist and dentist made my daughter feel very comfortable to the point where she allowed them to do a cleaning and exam. I was very pleased with how this first visit went. I even like the extra touch of giving a token at the end of the visit for the kids to use at the toy machine. Made it enjoyable and memorable for my daughter. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my kids here for 5 years and I love it. The staff is amazing and always welcoming. Our dentist Dr. Pat is great with my teenagers! They actually enjoy going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend bringing your children to Chula Vista Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Pat and his staff are amazing. My daughter has been coming here for the past 4 years and she loves going to the dentist. Everyone is so friendly and amazing with my daughter, they put her at ease when she is nervous and she always leaves the office happy and ready to come back for her next appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Pat, by far the best pediatric dentist.
