When they assess you for first time trying for housing what they mean by it takes up to 45 minutes for this what do you have to go.through procedure wise

Sounds like you are having a problem with what they're telling you to do I'd see if someone could explain it so you can understand better.Id wait 45 and see what's going to happen.Next praying for the best.
