Yep they have some people to maybe help with that a lawyer and stuff I guess be there like 7 or 730am
Probably best to go up there and talk to one of the attorneys to best see how they can help.
Yes the Beacon offers a service called "Beacon Law" which s only open Monday and Friday starting at 7am as far as registering for their Legal Services. However, in order to receive their services you must be a registered client with The Beacon. I would strongly suggest that you contact Houston volunteer Lawyers Association in Downtown Houston. As far as MHMRA services he needs to contact and see the appropriate department within his jail facility to start the process to receive any treatment for his condition. If he doesn't get the appropriate mental health assistance in the jail facility he is in I would suggest again to contact the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Association. It is a non-profit handles all kinds of legal services for the Houston Homeless Community and low income level households in the Houston Harris County area.
I would go up there and talk to somebody at The Beacon and they should be able to guide you from there on what he needs to do as far as MHMRA and legal assistance for his criminal case. Then you can give him that information or help him on the outside and he can do what he needs to do in the inside.
The Beacon has a legal aid department I suggest you go there maybe they can help you
